My goal is to help as many as possible THE PFM WAY.

We find a way to help the body change ITSELF from within. That way, we avoid forcing change on a body that it might not be able to maintain.

It means getting to the root cause of movement problems.

All the PFM PILOT Courses investigate root causes of chronic pain & injury through the lens of fundamental movement patterns and the joint mechanics that emerge from them.

Whilst movement focus is on walking and running, my experience shows that improvements in these innate movement patterns translates into other activities because it’s the same ‘you’ moving!
