PRACTICAL DISCLAIMER; THE REALITIES OF HELPING THROUGH MOVEMENT
“The intention of The PFM Way -- encompassing the book Even With Your Shoes On, the PFM WujWum Series of 6 and the PFM Pilot Course -- is to help folk ‘notice themselves’ and help practitioners help their clients do exactly the same thing. You’ll discover you can use your body via your senses to create change in your brain; you’ll then be able to use those changes in your brain to fire co-ordinated motor responses which both feel and look elegant and effortless, are faster for no more effort, and are sustainable for as long as you need them to be. Be inspired by your changing body and embrace its ability to tell you what it needs to; ‘listen’ with the intent to act upon what you ‘hear’; don’t ignore what you don’t want to see, hear or feel.
I invite you to enjoy the journey along this path of discovery. My goal is to make the process accessible to you and to be simple, because it CAN BE simple. This all started with Pathfinders, who spread the word. The trail is laid, ready to be tramped into a deep groove of movement information trodden around the globe. Movement Shifts …”
